From book drives to discount Twins tickets, July was all about Reading by Third Grade.  Did you know?  In Minneapolis and St. Paul, less than 50 percent of at-risk children are reading at grade level by third grade.See all of the highlights and pictures here.

On June 26, we kicked off our LIVE UNITED IN 2009 with an event at St. Stephen’s Human Services. Our goal was to raise $9,000 – which we surpassed by raising over $14,000! The money went directly to St. Stephen’s and YWCA of St. Paul to help at least three families move into stable housing. Read on to find out how our 9 representives accomplished this and everything else we did in June around Homelessness.
