Don’t just wear the t-shirt—live it!
Every few weeks, we’ll introduce a new promotion that highlights the greatest needs in our community, and offers you the opportunity to give, advocate and volunteer. Each promotion will focus on one of our ten Agenda for Lasting Change goals.
Will you be part of the solution?
December – Keep Families Warm, Safe and Fed
The year is winding down, but we still have plenty of opportunities for you to give, advocate and volunteer. Many in our community continue to struggle. Will you be part of the solution?
Did you know? For 18 months, metro area domestic violence shelters have been operating at full capacity, meaning that families fleeing domestic abuse are forced to turn to already-struggling homeless shelters for safety.
Our community faces dark times this holiday season: hunger, abuse and homelessness are on the rise. This season, you can light the way for people in need by visiting warmsafefed.org. You’ll find enlightening gift ideas for everyone on your list and a customizable electronic greeting card for your family and friends for a gift that gives twice.
Learn more about United Way’s work to reduce hunger, end homelessness and stop the cycle of domestic violence.
Now is the time to give what you can. Please help us keep all families in our community warm, safe and fed this season.

What is LIVE UNITED?
It’s a movement; a call to action. You can make a difference: give, advocate, volunteer. Together, united, we can make change happen. When we reach out a hand to one, we influence the condition of all. That’s what it means to Live United.
